I seem to remember someone suggesting a slight change of jet in the carb. Can anyone recommend any changes they have made to improve running.

Thanks

Nick :-)

Hello Nick!

I think it was me who offered details about the jet settings.

Originally the Dellorto 40 is equipped with a 148 main and a 58 idle jet. These were installed because of european exhaust restrictions. The carburettor has to be equipped with a 162 main and a 52 idle jet. I used the 58 idle jet which made the engine start easier and keep going while approaching a crossing.

Has anyone got news about new inlet rubbers?

Bye

Thomas

@ Nick: I'm very sorry, I forgot to send you the address list
@ Thomas: can I put those jet settings on the website? N.B. planning for Tunesia has started...

Hello and good evening Franky!

These information about the jets are useful for every Atlas rider and you might set them on the site if you want to.

We are planning to spend a week in Italy with the sidecars at the end of August.

Best wishes

Thomas
