I just recieved a set of the manifolds from Stefan and they are beautifully done. The only thing to keep in mind is that the diameter of the surface to the cylinder head is 38mm and the intake on the head is 34mm. Due to the shape of the manifolds this is probably the best possible without having to shape them by hand but it does leave 2mm of material standing in the way. If the cylinder head is removed it's easy enough to match the head to the manifold. A simple solution for engines that don't need to come apart is to use two component liquid aluminum goo. Locktite makes one that comes in two small plastic jars and I've used this over many years on two-stroke race bikes in both cylinders and engine cases with great results and no issues what so ever with engine temperatures. You'll need to drill quite a few 1mm holes so the goop can work into the metal to have a solid grip. After it dries (24 hours with the Locktite version) you just need to shape it to fit. Hats off to Stefan Huber for making these things!
